2010 Legacy ANZAC Concert

The 14th in the annual series of Legacy ANZAC Concerts is being held at 2pm on Sunday April 11th at the Royal Theatre, National Convention Centre.

Highlights will include Canberra’s best known bush band, Franklyn B Paverty, Royal Military College All-Stars Big Band, Sing Australia Choirs and more.

Labor Club - Ginninderra

Music at the Creek is a festival for and of music. While its primary focus has been on folk music, all sorts of music that the folk listen to is encouraged.

The festival is a stepping stone for new, upcoming bands. At the Creek you can mingle with the renowned and the not so famous in a spirit of festivity and fun.

      Franklyn B Paverty is one of the most enduring folk bands. Since the mid 1970s Paverty has performed in Canberra and the nearby region and travelled extensively to appear at the nation's major folk and entertainment venues. The band has made six albums and many TV and radio appearances, including the ABC TV series Peach's Gold.
